The in app purchase is in “My reactions” tab. It is on the bottom half. You should see a blue “Pro” text. Press on it for pay wall to open.

Subscription includes perks that will bring benefits from new upcoming features in future releases. We are working on filming reaction to videos. This feature would include regulating video quality only for paid users. Also paid users would enjoy exclusive video editing capabilities.

Users are required to agree to all terms of use if they download the app as specified in apps description. We have incorporated reporting system. Our app does not contain functionality for users to upload content to the feed.

Regarding last review, the Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage
It does not specify anywhere in guidelines that the wording needs to have Next or Continue. The user may close the window if they need to. Also this screen looks similar to Instagram camera and mic permission screen.
